Full Stack .Net C# Developer

Summary:

This role will be to design, manage, monitor API engines and platforms.

Optimize and enhance existing and develop new integrations.

Full-stack development skills, .NET and C#.

Script languages.

SQL and databases.

Cordova and J-Notes is a plus.

Identify performance bottlenecks and come up with novel ways to solve them.

Duties and Responsibilities :

· Deploy, monitor, and support integration applications.

· Monitor production platform for CPU, memory and storage usage and proactively fix any potential issues.

· Monitor integration applications deployed in production environments and proactively resolve system and data issues.

· Develop new applications to improve support processes and enhance monitoring capabilities.

· In coordination with the environment and release mgmt.

team deploy integration applications to production and non-production environments using out of the box deployment tools.

· Work with the other architects and developers to determine the optimal methods

· Work with developers from other teams / technologies to triage production bugs.

· Manage queue of cases and work with users, developers, and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues.

· Work with product owners to support end to end integration testing and user acceptance testing.

· Work with product owners to validate and sign off on supportability functionality.

· With the architect participate in development team design reviews to ensure design follows program standards and provide feedback.

· Create scripts to automate and improve support process.

· Document support processes, standard operational procedures, support reference manuals, and support applications.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of experience working with APIs and integrations, JSON, SOAP

· One or more security certifications like CISM, CISA, or CISSP preferred.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, JIRA preferred.

· Experience with Agile framework preferred.

· Proficiency (minimal to no training needed) in PC software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows) required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00
– $100,000.00 per year
