The work: Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution Carries out migration of the changes to production Assists with technical design and documentation Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements Assists with UAT and requirement validation Supervisory responsibilities for SFDC Developers Assists with UAT and requirement validation Here’s what you need: 3 years’ experience in Salesforce configuration & customization including and not limited to workflows, S-controls, data validations & triggers Must have hands on experience with designing and building product features in Salesforce Development platform Demonstrates understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API Proficient understanding of lightning component development Bonus points if you have: Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling including Salesforce SOQL, SOSL query language Knowledge of MVC concepts, object-oriented methodologies and approaches Experience creating API’s or calling API’s & hands on extensive Apex programming What We Believe We have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
