The Work: This role requires an AWS cloud engineer who will be responsible for contributing to planning, architecture, execution, and validation of cloud migrations to the client AWS Government environment.

The candidate will be expected to perform hands-on tasks in the Azure Portal and on Windows and Linux VMs, as well as creating/modifying/executing Infrastructure as Code templates and scripts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure concepts including VNets and other network resources, security groups, Availability Zones/Sets/Groups, Azure Site Recovery, ExpressRoute, Virtual Machines, App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, Azure Resource Manager, PowerShell, etc.

Azure Government experience is preferred.

The candidate will be expected to follow an application migration process using JIRA tickets and documentation in Confluence, and they will need to clearly document certain activities, tasks, and user guides.

Proof of concept work and enabling new Azure services for the client may also be required.

Candidates will be expected to work in a collaborative team environment and participate in client meetings as needed.

Candidates must be able to take the initiative to follow through on a process and be able to report up in a timely fashion.

Here’s what you need: 2 years experience in AWS/Azure implementation 2 years experience in Linux CLI/shell scripting, Windows implementation/troubleshooting, etc.

Bonus points Soft ware development experience Cloud migration experience Hands-on experience with Azure Blueprints, PowerShell, PowerShell DSC, and/or ARM templates Polycloud cloud implementation experience (e.g.

Azure/AWS, hybrid cloud with VMware on-prem) Strong communication and presentation skills The Extras: U.S.

Citizenship Required As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is$80,300
– $123,599 annually and information on benefits offered is here.
