Roles and Duties:Reviews, drafts, and outlines business requirements that impact strategic initiatives and/or business unit objectives.Assists in the development and documentation of business requirements and/or business solutions to solve problems and issues related to business operations.Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined, documented, and communicated appropriately in terms of time required to complete.Assist in the development of Test Plans and Test Cases.Develop a working knowledge of the IT Organization and business systems that they support.Develop good interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all types across the organization and under the direction of senior Business Analysts.Learn how to communicate difficult or sensitive information.Participate in the documentation of business/functional requirements gathering, user stories, process analysis, gap analysis, design of new functionality and product testing.
