Overview We are seeking a Director, Salesforce Operations who will support the ongoing development and adoption of our CRM (salesforce.com) and sales process workflows.
The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption.

Responsibilities Essential Functions: Handle all ongoing administrative functions including user inquiries, data cleansing, account maintenance, report building, dashboard creation, workflows, and other routine tasks.
Work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, configure, deploy, and maintain leadership reporting and dashboards.
Lead ongoing associate training / office hour sessions to ensure best demonstrated practices are put into motion & well adopted across user base.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide support related to third-party integrated apps and future roadmap needs.
Excellent project management skills, exceptional verbal, and written communication skills.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Bachelors degree preferred Saleforce.com Admin certification is recommended
– Platform Developer I or II Salesforce.com developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud certification preferred but not required.
Work Experience Requirements: 8
– 10 years of relevant work experience as a Salesforce.com developer or administrator.
1-3 years of supervisory/management experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: Experience as a Salesforce.com developer or administrator.
Salesforce.com Admin certification is recommended Platform Developer I or II.
Expert user of the Salesforce platform [ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of advanced complexity etc] Self-motivated; self-starter; coachable and strong management ability.
Assertive, creative, team player and proven sense of urgency.
