ABOUT THE ROLE My client is seeking an Infrastructure and DevOps Engineering Lead responsible for the design, development, maintenance, operation and security of the company’s multinational corporate and application network and infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role for a rapidly growing and expanding organization, which includes managing and directing other Infrastructure and DevOps Team personnel. RESPONSIBILITIES Architect, implement and support corporate infrastructure network supporting 2 worldwide offices with over 50 users, ensuring maximum user productivity by preventing and resolving technical issues. Manages, monitors, and orchestrates all application infrastructures, ensuring high security, availability, performance, and scalability for all services in such environments. Research, evaluate, test, deploy, and maintain infrastructure tools and utilities. Protects the integrity and security of the corporate network and infrastructure environment both from an InfoSec and Disaster Recovery perspective. Creates and updates technical documentation for infrastructure projects and works with the Release Management team to ensure successful deployments of software updates. Management of user on-boarding and off-boarding, account management and computer provisioning and setup. Peripheral setup and troubleshooting (printers, phones, smart phones) Maintain accurate inventory of all technology assets in all offices Lead and execute on numerous infrastructure technology projects. REQUIREMENTS Expert level knowledge and experience administrating heterogeneous networks consisting of both Microsoft, Apple, and Open-Source Technologies. Expert level knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, and RDS. Strong understanding of security planning, implementations, and technologies, including vulnerability and penetration testing and detection, emerging security attacks, risk and compromise assessment, etc. Working knowledge of various networking services (AD Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, etc.) Experience planning for and rolling out SSO, MFA and other related security technologies.
