The Developer will work in the Supply Chain area, on 2 key applications, with direct impact on making North American Operations more efficient and effective, creating amazing experiences for the clients, partners, and the company.
The role includes second-level support of users who encounter technical issues and entails the resolution of such issues within pre-aligned service agreements.
Requirements for Developer
– Java Spring Boot and SQL
– REMOTE: Design, develop, test, and deploy system enhancements to the Supply Chain suite.
Work collaboratively with internal and external team members in a matrix environment.
Adhere to the prescribed Agile methodology.
Directly contribute to and influence the formulation of technical designs within the application.
Translate user stories into technical solutions.
Ensure the availability of technical documentation for all developed solutions.
Prepare time estimates for completing tasks and projects.
Participate in field implementations of new software including configurations, data conversions, reports, and system interfaces.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers as necessary, especially when troubleshooting.
Requirements for Developer
– Java Spring Boot and SQL
– REMOTE: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field.
5 years of experience in information technology with significant hands-on experience in Java/Spring and SQL or PL/SQL development.
Working knowledge of AWS, CI/CD and Angular are pluses but you will work with this technology Superior time management skills with the ability to capture and organize work intake, set priorities, measure progress, report status and manage deliverables to targets.
Ability to collaborate and drive consensus to get the job done, while promoting a culture of teamwork, excellence and integrity.
Experience in consumer packaged goods or marketing industries is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccine is required.
