The OpportunityDelaware North is searching for an IT Business Relationship Management Analyst (BRM) to join our corporate IT team.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient at managing expectations and priorities, and skilled at developing plans and workflows aligned to business needs and goals.
A typical day for you as a BRM Analyst will include actively working on product feature requests, understanding and managing client and customer priorities, and proactive problem-solving to ensure a high-quality guest experience.ResponsibilitiesUnderstands and implements technologies, systems, and process standards in assigned work areas.Demonstrates ability to analyze, plan, and implement business process re-engineering, architecture, business cases, development, analytics, contract management, financial management, and resource management.Follows processes, product, or service improvements.Solves problems that have a broad impact on the business.Executes for optimal IT and business solutions.Applies knowledge of how own area of responsibility integrates with other businesses across the company.Monitors, follows, and makes recommendations to improve necessary IT standards and policies.Develops project and program strategies involving standard risk and complexity; may lead project and program teams in development and execution.Builds collaborative relationships.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field.Demonstrates strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and critical thinking to build strong IT teams, informed decision-makers, and informed users.Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information across internal and external audiences.A minimum of 2 years of related experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems including cloud architectures, server technologies, and communication technologies, LANs, WANs, telephone, voice, video, and data communication systems.Some travel may be required.Who We AreAt Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
