Specifically, a successful candidate will: Lead data or LOB/ Credit Risk specific projects and work alongside other data analysis professionals; Be results driven, detail-oriented, demonstrate strategic thinking and creativity; Be capable of initiating action and managing change in a fast paced environment; Have strong relationship management, influencing, organizational and execution skills; communicate effectively and ensure that all deliverables are met; Develop data-driven analytics capabilities to identify anomalies, outliers, emerging trends and operational risks across the Enterprise; Build continuous reporting and/or automation solutions that support risk identification.Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling demonstrated through work or military experience; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling, preferably with SAS
Desired Qualifications: Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening 2+ years of experience using SQL within a variety of database sources such as SAS, Oracle, Teradata is preferred.
