This role will be pivotal in working with senior stakeholders, providing key insights quickly, and impacting the business meaningfully.nn nn nn nnThis position will report to the Director of Analytics.nn nn nn nn Responsibilities: nn nn nn nnCreate and maintain reporting and dashboards using SQL to deliver insightsnn nnDevelop actionable insights through the rigorous assessment of multiple data sourcesnn nnSupport and contribute to the analytics layer of our team’s data environment to make data standardized and easily accessible to end-usersnn nnPerform diagnostic analysis of varied data to identify issues and promote opportunities for improvementnn nnCollaborate with stakeholders in our marketing, planning, digital product, and finance & operations departments to define business questions and identify opportunities for data-driven improvementsnn nnProvide consistent, accurate, and timely reportingnn nnBuild self-serve modules for data needsnn nnReview and validate customer data (transactions, marketing platforms, purchase flow, etc.)nn nnWork with the engineering team to diagnose and fix data discrepancies and maintain transparent code to ensure business requirements and consistent ETL logicnn nnIntegrate new data sources and build ingestion pipelines for our data warehousenn nn nn nn Required Responsibilities: nn nn nn nnExperience working with transaction/user-level data in retail/ eCommercenn nnAn experienced “full-stack” analyst, with 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data science, data analysis, data engineering, or a relevant analytical/quantitative fieldnn nnExperience with git and version controlnn nnAdvanced SQL skills (3+ years proficiency)nn nnExpertise with BI visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Periscope Data/Sisense, Looker.nn nnExpertise with Data Engineering Tools, e.g.
