Job Summary: Implement and manage new iCertis contract management system (CMS) to track corporate and property level contracts expiration and renewal dates corresponding insurance certificates and other key elements.
Assist with contract migration and abstracting.
Support contracts procurement transitions sales and operations teams by running reports to respond to audits and diligence requests and to track spend and other analytics.
Responsibilities: QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Demonstrated experience with problem-solving and critical thinking.Proficient in MS Word Excel AdobePro DocuSign and PowerPoint software programs.Excellent written and verbal communication facilitation and presentation skills.Excellent organizational skills detail-oriented self-driven ability to prioritize effectively.Excellent people skills project management skills and business acumen.Proactive and results oriented; continuously strive for improved efficiency and effectiveness.Experience and working knowledge of contracting and procurement processes is strongly preferred.Prior experience working with iCertis contract management software or other CMS solution preferred.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain iCertis contract database including abstracting key terms conditions performance requirements and dates; establish automated reports and communications through platform.Coordinate regularly with contracts auditor contracts administrators and procurement team members to run reports conduct analysis report on data trends.Coordinate with IT to ensure CMS system interfaces properly with corresponding programs.Conduct training and webinars for other contract management software users; act as subject matter expert of contract management software for company.Serve as primary point of contact between company and contract management software team; provide technical support to property users.Participate in meetings and on committees as requested by supervisor.Perform other duties as assigned.
