Robert Half is looking for talented Cloud System Administrators for a new, full-time opportunity with its client in the professional services space.
In the role, this System Administrator will by the company’s main 0365 administrator along with GSuite and Amazon Chime.
Responsibilities for this System Admin include but are not limited to the following:
• All facets of Office 365 tenant design and SaaS deployment
• Office 365 user administration (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online)
• Office 365 mobile applications and administration
• Office 365 monitoring of service health, management of service requests, and change management within the Office 365 infrastructure
• Office 365 SharePoint sites administration
• Office 365 Licensing administration and management
• Implementing Compliance, Governance, and Management policies adopted by the firm via Intune
• Tracking and escalation of incidents with Office 365 technical support
• Facilitate the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 SharePoint
• Admin support of Google GSuite, Amazon Chime and client collaboration portal (e.g.
HighQ, Litera, etc.)
