Cloud Portfolio Strategist (Remote)

As a (Sr. Cloud Portfolio Development Strategist), you’ll have the opportunity to innovate, strategize, and present engaging Cloud Solutions strategies to top executives. We’re looking for a creative self-starter and future leader to help us grow.

In this role, you’ll be part of our innovative and rapidly growing Next-Generation Technology Solutions Business. We provide the tools, resources and team members to simplify the delivery of Cloud, Data & IoT solutions and create a seamless end-to-end process for our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work with leading solutions vendors, connect with like-minded co-workers across the globe, and participate in Next-Gen Academy, a comprehensive 2-week training program designed to acclimate new hires to our business and industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze the Cloud IaaS and SaaS Solutions Markets, including: sizing, trends, competitors, gaps, and offer analysis
  • Develop new Go-to-Market strategies and launch new business ventures that create new revenue streams and value
  • Deliver a vision for Cloud solutions that innovate and differentiate our business in the market

Strategic Development & Planning

  • Develop annual strategic business strategies for important market driving initiatives
  • Conduct quarterly technology area business reviews, with consistent tracking of market growth and sales, showcasing our execution
  • Able to quickly pivot against a current strategy if proven ineffective based on ROI and results
  • Identify target resellers based on TD SYNNEX BI data analysis
  • Identify ways to build margin by means of bundling, introducing generic third-party materials, etc.

Relationship Building

  • Serve as an ambassador and advocate for the North American TD SYNNEX Cloud SaaS portfolio strategy internally & externally
  • Leverage relationships with strategic Cloud and ISV partners, and partner with TD SYNNEX product and marketing teams
  • Build visibility with vendors and customers to create a competitive distribution advantage for TD SYNNEX products

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, marketing, management, and/or business development
  • College degree or relevant Military experience required
  • Market knowledge of Cloud players, solutions, IT Market trends and demands, offer models, and channel sales distribution model
  • Excellent knowledge of products in assigned portfolio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with vendor relationships preferred
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
