The Cloud CoE Lead is responsible for defining the vision, developing strategy, set direction and determine priorities for the Cloud CoE within the IT Infrastructure and Operations team. You’ll will be in charge of the enterprise stakeholder management & communications, accelerate the adoption of Cloud CoE, consistently deliver value to the customer, and build and develop high performing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Define the Cloud CoE strategy, to drive strategic value and impact to the customers (both internal and external). Engage, influence and negotiate with senior leadership across the organization to drive adoption of the Cloud CoE. Take ownership with high sense of urgency and take an entrepreneurial approach to drive increase adoption of Cloud CoE. Drive the highest standards of delivery to ensure customer delight through quality of product and speed of delivery. Build a cross function team that “designs & runs” applications in highly agile/scrum approach. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of IT experience plus 5 year of AWS technology. Experience of having worked in an Agile/Scrum environment, and/or knowledge of operating in an Agile/scrum approach. 3 years of people management experience including performance management. Experience leading large and complex projects. Experience of driving finance strategy to deliver economic value for a customer. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional. The salary range for this role is ($130k-$180k). This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
