This is an opportunity for you to join a veteran team and help craft the vision and execution of a compelling, creative, and immersive experience.What you will be doingHelp define and evangelize performance budgets and best practices for client systems and game system implementationsWork with Technical Artists and other Engineers to implement, augment, and provide guidance with client systems, developer tooling, and workflow improvementsProfile and identify optimizations with client systemsIdentify and manage technical risks and opportunitiesWrite technical designs based on gathered requirementsProvide high-quality code review feedbackWork in a distributed team environmentYour background and who you areBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training and professional experience6+ years of game development experience with 3+ years in a related role3+ years of experience with Unity and C#Solid understanding of graphics and networking best practices with iOS and Android games developmentKnowledge of shaders, performance tuning, and graphics optimizationGreat to haveDemonstrates dependability and commitment to projects/tasksAbility and desire to work with other game developers in a cooperative team environmentAvid gamer with a passion for creating top-quality games4x and strategy genre experienceAbout EAAt Electronic Arts, we exist to Inspire the World to Play.
