Who We’re Looking For: Therabody is looking for an Enterprise Business Architect to lead our Business Technology team and play a key role in designing robust, scalable and efficient business and operational processes to support Therabody’s growing global strategy.

In this role you will lead in the development of comprehensive strategies and business solutions and will be responsible for identifying opportunities and solving unstructured problems.

In addition, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives and partner with colleagues in Executive, Sales, Finance, Operations (Supply Chain & Logistics), IT and other teams to identify and implement business operation transformations that will enable Therabody to meet its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Provide overall direction, guidance and definition of business architecture to effectively support Therabody business strategy.

Create business architecture models demonstrating how current cloud products, business operations and business systems operate within Therabody and identify areas of improvement.

Prepare business and technical requirements documents for major initiatives ensuring they are formally endorsed by relevant stakeholders.

Review current processes and define improvement plans for Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Billing, and Business Intelligence.

Provide architectural oversight to projects ensuring requirements are in alignment with business strategies and longer-term roadmaps.

Partner with multi-functional teams to develop and lead both the strategy and execution elements of the current business systems infrastructure.

Plan communication strategies and organizational change management activities associated with the introduction of new business processes or IT capabilities.

Ensure project timelines, cost/benefit analysis, and resources have been planned and communicated.

Liaison with Third Party Vendors and development teams for hardware, software, networking and IT related procurements The Right Person Would Have: BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Math or similar.

15+ years in the technology space in one or more cross business and technology roles focused on business process strategic systems Strong business architecture and technical knowledge of application delivery methods and familiarity with how systems work together to create enterprise solutions.

Previous experience in enabling business architecture goals & objectives with enterprise application solutions like Salesforce, NetSuite, Supply Chain Operations Systems (WMS, EDI) and/or other CRM/ERP systems.

Able to anticipate and resolve tactical issues while ensuring the delivery of strategic business results.

Exceptional organizational skills are essential.

Product management experience/attitude to be able to assess the needs and desires of multiple stakeholders, including senior executives, and deliver solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business units
– Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with technologists, team members, and leadership, with a keen understanding of how to translate technical jargon to business value statements and adjusting communications to all levels within the organization.

Experience working in a systems implementation practice, management consulting firm, or high-growth startup environment is a plus.
