We are working to grow our in-office development team and looking for a Software Engineer who has excellent coding skills using React Native, debugging issues, and helping define and architect dynamic, scalable systems. We want someone who is eager to get involved early, doesn’t back down from a challenge, and can discover creative and unique solutions in a fast and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Frequent development of new features built dynamically, to scale with the system across verticals
- Unit Testing oriented development
- Bug identification, analysis, and resolution on a frequent basis
- Understand and own features end-to-end, from technical design to frontend, for multiple sports
- Collaboration and input into process establishment to lead to our growth and scale
- Be an integral component in establishing our engineering culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of work experience or equivalent time spent in personal projects
- Proficiency in popular Web Development languages including PHP, JavaScript (React, Native, Vue), MySQL
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest and involvement in sports, either as an athlete or fan
