This role will work in a collaborative and Agile environment to design and build data centric solutions that aim to compliantly assist in the physicians education of AbbVies approved products.
This helps the physicians make the most informed treatment decision for their patients.
The Data Engineer will work collaboratively, as part of an Agile team, with Data Scientists, Analytics Specialists, Marketing, and other business functions to conceive, design, build, and enhance the teams models.

Responsibilities: Extraction and combination of multiple internal and external data sets.
Onboarding, consolidating, cleansing, and structuring data for efficient use in reports, analytical applications, and machine learning models.
Pressure-testing data requirements to ensure accurate and meaningful data delivery.
Performing data analysis and reconciliation on datasets of varying sizes and complexities.
Presenting data engineering status directly to the data and business stakeholders.
Explaining distributions of data to the data and business stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be proficient in data analysis programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, and Spark) Must understand, and be able to apply, data lake and relational database concepts.
Experience with Dataiku preferred but not required.
