Systems Engineer – Stafford, VASeeking Systems Engineers at different experience levels, with a strong background in technical support to acquisition programs, for our customer in Stafford, VA.
Duties include:Develop and revise appropriate level acquisition engineering documentationDevelop reports, briefs, and documentation related to programs in the portfolioConduct technical assessment and evaluation of Prime Contractor deliverables, architectures, and Engineering Change ProposalsAssist with the development of technical specificationsDevelop Technical Review Action Plans, and participate in all aspects of Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) processParticipate in Systems Engineering IPTsManage development of Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), assist with development of test strategies, procedures, and plansAssist in the planning, execution, and reporting of test events and operational evaluationsMonitor IA vulnerability alerts, and ensure appropriate security actions are takenTravel and perform other duties as requiredQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other technical/scientific discipline; years relevant experience commensurate with required level.DAWIA Certification or equivalent training in the Systems Engineering/IT/Computer or Testing field is required for Mid and Senior levelsExperience with SETRs and documentation is requiredExperience in developing acquisition documentation to support programs in achieving required milestones/events is requiredAbility to effectively work independently and as part of an integrated team of Government and non-Government stakeholders is requiredExperience with MCSC policies, processes, and environments is required for Mid and Senior levelsPrior exp using and/or providing support for multiple systems in various phases of the acquisition cycle including High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems and their associated Family of Munitions, Ground Based Missiles, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems, Naval C2 systems and the Mobile Tactical Shelter/Mobile Command Vehicle is desiredExcellent MS Office skills are requiredExceptional interpersonal skills, go-getter attitude, and a passion for the Marine Corps mission are requiredStrong oral/written communication skills, and analytical capabilities are requiredAbility to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance is required This position is contingent upon contract award.Alexandria Insights is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, dedicated to helping customers effectively and efficiently use technology to solve significant problems.
