:The Oracle EBS Developer will report to the Application Program Manager.
This position is responsible for the application development, enhancements, maintenance, and strategic planning for the Oracle EBS R12 Business System.
The Oracle Developer will work closely with the business analysts, SMEs, user community, external customers, and other groups within IT to develop the systems integration requirements for utilization and planning of the core business needs.
(Team members located in Mexico, Canada, N Carolina, California & Washington.)Responsibilities Oracle R12 Technical Analyst / Developer with a deep Oracle development background.5 or more years of hands-on working experience in application development and support activities within Oracle r12 e-Business SuiteAbility to work with business analysts, super users, and external customers to provide resolution to the current systems and/or propose new solutions as neededPerform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex business problemsExperience with development of RICEW components (creating alerts, customizations, interfaces, reports, and conversions)Hands on experience with SQL, PL/SQL Coding, XML/BI Publisher, SQL Loader, Workflows, Unix programming and migration activitiesExpertise in various concepts of PL/SQL (like Triggers, stored procedures/functions, packages, and advanced PL/SQL) and knowledge on Oracle tables, APIs etc.Experience with design and development of integrations between Oracle EBS R12 and external applications of significant size and complexityWork with Service providers to manage applications in cloud environmentsDocumentation and maintenance of technical specificationsAssist in review, design solutions and making recommendations on future software requirementsSupport development and implementation of application changesExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environmentFunctional knowledge of different SCM and Manufacturing modules of EBS R12.Experience with EDI & consuming SOAP Web Services is a plus.Experience with Java for Oracle and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).Be part of the On-Call rotation for afterhours support Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
