We a fulltime permanent position Database Engineer (Some exp with Vector Database) with our client in NYC. NY.
This will be a 100% remote opportunity.
Job Description:
- So basically anyone with 3+ year total experience in deploying data engineering solutions (Database solutions, CI/CD pipelines, Automated deployment/ testing etcc.) in Azure environment (Azure Devops, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Cloud) using Python, Java or Scala
- Some experience (~6-12 months) in developing and implementing vector databases (ChromaDB/Pinecone/FAISS), embedding, vectorization, performance tuning, indexing strategies, front-end integration
- Familiarity with AI, ML concepts – retrieval algortihms (RAG), NLP, LLM frameworks like Langchain
