Full Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Representative – Outside sales.SUMMARY: Western Resources Title is one of the fastest growing Real Estate Title Insurance Companies in Southern California.
We are currently expanding our operations and seek Title Insurance Representatives for various territories in Los Angeles County.
Experienced Sales Representatives in our industry can make in excess of $250,000 annually.
We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop title and escrow business through in-person sales calls on new and existing accounts including real estate offices, mortgage brokers, direct lenders, and any other source that has the ability to direct title and/or escrow business.Accountable for the production of a minimum amount of new business as established by the sales manager.Devote the time necessary to learn about, and become competent in, the discussion and use of all company marketing tools and materials, and all systems, policies, and procedures as they may relate to the development of new business.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEReal Estate Title Sales experience is preferred, but successful outside sales experience in other industries will be consideredMust have the discipline necessary to work from a home officeMust be detail orientedMust have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Must be in possession of, or have the ability to obtain a California Title Marketing Representative License through the California Department of Insurance.Must know basic computer programs i.E.
Microsoft Word, ExcelHigh School diploma or higherOther characteristics of successful Title Reps include excellent problem solving, time management, and follow up skillsLANGUAGE SKILLVery Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are necessaryFluent speaking, reading, and writing in the English language required.
