This person must possess strong prioritization skills, maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate flexibility, and be a creative problem solver.This is an exempt position.* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.* Human Resources certification (SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP), preferred.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management (required).* Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling employee relations and leave management (required).* Advanced understanding of employment and HR related laws, regulations, policies, principles, concepts and practices, including Title VII, ADA, ADAA, and FMLA.* Proficient with MS Office software.Wayfinder Family Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
