CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a motivated and experienced RN Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The RN Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of registered nurses, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top RN talent.
– Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
– Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
– Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
– Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
– Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Human Resources, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare.
– Strong knowledge of nursing roles and qualifications.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
