Position Description: IDS is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to recruit for various technical positions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and driven self-starter who is proactive, analytical and has a passion for recruiting. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing and executingrecruitment strategies and processes to support the organizational staffing objectives. This individual will be reporting to the Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Full cycle recruiting writing and posting technical job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews and checking references Ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to all AAP and EEO requirements Capturing all recruitment activities intracking tools and maintaining all recruitment accounts, templates, and guides Working with the Senior Management and Hiring Managers to develop and execute all staffing plans Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for future opportunities Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Collaborating with the Senior Management team to create innovative programs, events, and campaigns to generate awareness of and excitement for IDS Executing social media content, channel sourcing, networking and employment branding strategies Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations to ensure interview and selection techniques and documentation are in compliance with organizational policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and guidelines Creating and reviewing technical assessments as needed Collaborating with the Human Resources team to make process recommendations Any other administrative and human resources duties as needed Knowledge and Skills: This position requires three (3) or moreyears of technical recruiting experience for a government contractor with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles including, but not limitedto;Java Developers, UI Developers, Full-stack Developers, Database Developers, Data Engineers and Data Analysts Must have experience with various candidate sourcing resources and social media recruitment platforms such as Monster.com, Indeed.com, LinkedIn, Dice, etc. Must have solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) Must have exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills to be able to multitask, anticipate issues, and meet challenging objectives Must be able to work both independently and as a team member in a diverse, fast-paced environment Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to establish credibility and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the customers organization Education and Work Experience: This position requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in business management, human resources, or other related discipline. Experience in lieu of education may be considered if the individual has four (4) or more years of equivalent work experience. Physical & Mental Qualifications: Must be able to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended periods of time. Must consistently work and type on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to communicate accurate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to lift/carry at least 15 lbs. May be required to move about inside an office to access file cabinets, office supplies, etc. Security Clearance: Applicants selected for employment maybe subject to a Federal background investigation and may need tomeet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials. Travel: Some travel may be required. Hours: Normal work schedule hours may vary, Monday through Friday. May be required to work additional hours and/or weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines or to fulfill travel obligations. Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year The estimated salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job posting and may be modified in the future. The disclosed salary range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. When determining an applicants compensation, various factors are taken into consideration including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant prior work experience, relevant training, special skills/competencies, education, clearance, licenses/certifications, labor categories/contract rates and other business needs.
