We have locations throughout the US and/or some of our roles are offering remote work.What you’ll be doing:• Recruit Full Stack Software Engineers, Python Engineers, JavaScript Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers and all other open source roles• Hunt for these candidates through multiple channels (referrals, LinkedIn, Github, etc.)The experience you need to be successful in this dynamic Technical Recruiter role:• 3+ years of experience recruiting Software Engineers for start-ups to mid-size clients• Recent experience placing Software Engineers in direct hire roles (we are not looking to place contractors)• Strong ability to negotitate salaries and full comp packages (including stock, RSU’s, location, etc.)• Previous staffing experience is a must with perm billing at least $200K+ annually• Must love asking questions, listening and closing down candidatesWhy join us?• We have a reputable name in the industry.• You’ll get to recruit nationwide for some of the top start-ups• We have a great company culture that believes in working hard and playing hard (yes, that means monthly happy hours (virtually for now), building long-lasting relationships with your clients by taking them golfing, going to dinner, etc.)• We’re not metrics happy.
