POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will develop relationships with Einstein department heads to review existing vacancies, discuss future staffing and facilitate on-boarding.
This role involves being very skilled at finding talented individuals to meet Einstein’s needs.
This role requires the person to be active on social media forums, attend career fairs, make cold calls, visit local college campuses or universities and any other creative methods they can conceive of to locate qualified individuals.
Responsibilities include:Partnering with management to recruit for exempt and non-exempt personnel utilizing traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques as well as functioning as a conduit for departmental administrators’ Human Resources needsWork creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs.Maintaining a database of potential candidates for current and future hiresRecruiting and sourcing on various social media platformsDrives with a sense of urgency throughout the recruitment process and should be comfortable with creating a diverse workforce through strategic recruitment activitiesCoach and counsel employees regarding upgrading of skills for promotional opportunities.Working with the Director to establish and broadcast metrics that are accurate and reflective of the team’s recruitment activityAssist faculty in placing ads after Human Resources reviews for appropriate EEO purposes.THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Experience and Educational BackgroundBA degree plus 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Experience with HRIS and web-based applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS.Skills and CompetenciesProactive in approach, strong initiative, good judgment and sound business acumen are highly desired.Excellent creative and critical thinking and solid analytical skills are a must.Exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is critical, as is the capability of making progress on multiple assignments with a sense of urgency.Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Sourcing capabilities and basic screening and recruitment experience is highly preferred.Discretion and interpersonal skills are vital.
