People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high
– performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Finance professionals prepare and interpret financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations, including internal financial controls, to mitigate risk for the company.
Finance professionals may also shape and execute client deals to maximize the use of Accenture’s capital and resources, manage cash and/or liaise with the investor community.
Job Description Provide program direction and management, leading the Accenture Payroll team in completing the final phase of the NA Payroll Transition Serve as primary point of contact for the vendors Implementation Lead in coordinating project plans and activities (during stabilization phase) Develop and manage workplans, timeline, status reports, budget, and staffing Plan and facilitate governance calls with the Payroll team and Vendor as needed Work with the Communication Lead to ensure effective change management planning and delivery of communications, training, and performance support Work with the Payroll team to establish and implement the organizational structure and roles to support the new managed services model Support the NA Payroll Lead and Managers across the organization Assist with implementation of new business models for NA Payroll Act as a point of a contact for programs, initiatives, and operations for an assigned market.
