Our team utilizes strategic and effective sourcing techniques to find top-notch talent. This role currently works in a work-from-home setting and in the future will have the opportunity to periodically collaborate in-person at one of our corporate office locations. We have offices in Irvine, CA and Columbia, MD.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding) for requisitions across multiple areas of the business, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet company workforce needs and goals
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Coach and support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria; establish and maintain a consistent and valid candidate assessment process
  • Assist in identifying best practices & recruitment processes improvements
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Drive offer process – including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters

REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 3 years of in-house and full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an applicable field of study
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems and data management/reporting techniques
  • Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
  • Experience influencing and driving towards results
  • Proficient and experienced in building reports within Microsoft Excel and presentations within Microsoft PowerPoint
