Summary

This position is responsible for the analysis and monitoring of workforce metrics and other human capital data, providing insights, identifying trends and presenting recommendations to optimize human resources decision making. In this role, you will be expected to keep Leadership apprised of key metrics on a regular basis; highlighting areas where action may need to be taken. In addition, you will be accountable for the management of talent management systems. The management of these systems will include defining requirements, documenting and configuring processes, trouble-shooting, analytics and reporting, training and user support. Essential Functions Proactively analyzes workforce metrics to optimize human resource decision making. Guides efforts to automate data collection and analysis, create visualizations, and develop new analytic tools. Applies analytics models to report effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas of opportunities. Establishes internal and external benchmarks to assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of internal HR programs. Manages projects and assigned tasks related to HR system assessments, integrations, and/or enhancements Analyze employee engagement and other survey results to determine key themes. Presents data, insights, themes and makes recommendations. Identify and create reports and dashboards to communicate various metrics and trends to regularly share with Sr. Leadership. HR Technical owner on talent management systems and projects to identify requirements, document processes to ensure business requirements are met, as well of reporting, training and configuring for ongoing processes. Qualifications

BA/BS Degree (4-year) Business Administration or a related area 4-6 years Related work experience Experience supporting cyclical HR processes Deep experience with Data Analytics including advanced Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Experience with Business Intelligence tools and platforms that support data analysis and visualization (preferred) Experience supporting enterprise-wide business systems is preferred Strong analytical experience with HR Systems management (i.e. UKG Pro, PeopleSoft, Workday) Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, including ability to prioritize project tasks, manage risks/issues and communicate status. Exceptional analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills High attention to details and ability to manager their time effectively Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of subject matter experts, managers, and executives Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with employees at all level and develop effective working relationships across the company Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently with minimal guidance Knowledge of UKG Pro, Greenhouse ATS, Cornerstone Talent Management Suite is preferred Working knowledge of collaborations or communication tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
