The ideal candidate has experience with full-cycle recruiting and is committed to providing an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage full-cycle recruiting processes for various departments and functions.

This would include sourcing, intake meetings, resume review, phone screens, structured interviews, reference checks and delivering offers.

Provide a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Act as a brand ambassador in making Abiomed a company of choice for exceptional talent Ensure that job seekers have relevant knowledge, skills and experience and desire to be part of Abiomed’s patient first culture.

Develop deep understanding of the business and people to ensure you are finding top talent for open positions.

Develop sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to attract top talent while maintaining and building a network of talent for current and future opportunities.

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree required Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a full-cycle recruiting role Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment that is constantly adapting Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive talent desired Experience in medical device, pharma, biotech preferred Abiomed is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce.
