Partner with the best As a Senior Recruiter you will partner with leaders to establish and execute on creative recruiting strategies.
Collaborating with the hiring community you’ll become a trusted talent advisor providing guidance throughout the recruiting process.
People are our most valuable asset and you will ensure that we hire the best As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for: Creating processes and best practices to ensure delivery of diverse talent pools Partnering proactively with the hiring community to understand and plan for hiring needs Influencing and continuously improving on the experience of internal stakeholders, candidates, and new hires Providing regular reporting and metrics updates to hiring community and HR leadership teams Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 8 years of relevant experience including full life-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate environment Demonstrate the ability to partner with business leaders to develop and execute on recruiting strategies Possess knowledge of various recruiting tools such as search engines and social media Have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and knowledge of OFCCP guidelines Be knowledgeable about the labor market and hiring trends, ideally in the technology sector Be passionate about partnering and providing world class customer service to stakeholders across Akamai’s business units Work in a way that works for you We recognize that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best can vary for each person.
This is a flexible role and may be performed at your home and/or the local Akamai office (in the country advertised).
