The bulk of the roles we fill are for modern, senior-level software engineers (Javascript, Golang, Python, etc.).
You should have extensive experience recruiting the top 10% of software engineers, regardless of the tech stack.
Ideally, you have recruited for several high-growth, venture-backed tech startups.
