Job Description Senior Recruiter Job Description As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role as a senior member of our team, helping us achieve our goals by delivering a best-in-class candidate experience to hire top tier talent.

You will mentor more junior members of the team and act as an expert on the market.

You will also have the opportunity to partner with our sales team and clients to strategize on how to find the best talent to meet the goals of their organizations.

We expect an innovative talent detective that is creative, dynamic and has leveraged technology in pursuit of disruptive and different solutions.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining talent pipelines, with a focus on technical and niche life sciences roles.

Experience 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with technical and/or Life Sciences roles Mentor new Recruiters and Sales team on process, technologies, client projects, and Recruiting strategy.

Teach quarterly lunch & learns around new recruiting information, process changes, and/or technologies.

Initiate bi-annual Consultant led sessions for Recruiting & Sales team geared toward training and further education Creative sourcing technique experience from targeted talent pools using multiple strategies including; social media, passive reach out, internal database and various other sources Strong experience screening and developing relationships with candidates on both technical and soft skills markers.

Experience developing written candidate presentation documents for clients, sales, and hiring managers Ability to redesign and write resumes for best client review Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a sales organization Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and provide outstanding customer service to candidates, sales partners, and clients.

Strong understanding and experience with ATS (Bullhorn, jobdiva, ER, or others) Exceptional communication skills and a customer first mindset Production level Expectations Submittals: 8 weekly Interviews: 2-4 weekly Placements: 3 monthly GM Ramp: $10k maintained
– $15k at promotion Redeployment & extensions: 20% Consultant base Responsibilities Partner with Sales team to translate business strategies and job descriptions into relevant talent strategy Analyze market data to make recommendations to sales team on the most effective recruiting strategies Proactively develop diverse pipelines of talent through networking and creative sourcing and marketing strategies Create compelling, inclusive job descriptions to attract top talent Build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships that result in long term candidate pipelines Prep candidates pre-interview, debrief and coach throughout the interview process Drive transition process
– conduct reference checks, request offer letters, assist candidates in resignation process, and maintain candidate relationship throughout the assignment Participation in daily stand-up meetings and company team meetings
