Senior Manager, Human Resources

Your Impact: We are looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources to join the Atlas Business Unit.

This role plays an essential member of the leadership team and contributes to the development and execution of the business unit’s strategic plan.Key Responsibilities:Overall HR Management of the Atlas HR functionMust take a strategic HR approach to the business but will operate with a “roll up your sleeves” generalist mentality to daily challenges and tasksCoach and develop leaders and future leaders in the organization and be a sounding board for the Global VP/BU ManagerCoach, counsel and advise management on a variety of HR related business and employee relation issuesOversee talent acquisition and ensuring it ties to diversity initiativesPartner with Safety Committee on safety initiatives and compliance trainingMust have the ability to influence managers and leaders within the organizationThis role will take the lead with workforce investigations, and necessary improved performance actions, and corrective actionsConduct annual talent reviews and compensation audits of the workforce, will take the lead to create coaching and leadership programs for key talent, and facilitate the top grading of individuals who are not performing up to adequate standards for the businessMaintain the monthly international headcount for the organization and liaison with the VP/BU Controller on monthly headcount projectionsPerformance management tracking, cyber security training tracking, initiating payroll data changes and maintaining recordsDesign and implement BU level leadership development programsOversight of performance assessments, employment, salary and benefit administration within the BU based upon guidance from AMETEKRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related discipline5 years of high-level HR Generalist experience, HR Manager or HR Director experience with evidence of increase responsibility in an organizationAbility to lead an HR function in a global environment.

Global experience a plus.Demonstrated ability to implement strategic programs to advance business objectivesMust be a self-starter with a bias for actionMust be willing to travel internationally and domestically up to 20% Experience with SuccessFactors, ADP Enterprise, LinkedIn Recruiter, and coaching & mentoring experience with future talent is preferred.
