Description/Job SummaryThe Bilingual (English & Spanish) Senior Field Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing and hiring of candidates that have experience in the building materials industry.
The associate must be knowledgeable in building materials along with extensive experience in 84 Lumber and must maintain an extensive network of contacts within the industry and develop that network on a daily basis.
The Senior Field Recruiter must be capable of working independently and must have the discipline to complete tasks without extensive oversight.Essential Functions:Determining needs of field operationsSourcing candidatesInterviewing and/or hiring candidatesRequired SkillsSpreadsheet/Internet SoftwareWord ProcessingAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business reports, technical procedures and /or government regulations; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.Required ExperienceThe minimum requirements for this position are a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training.Required Qualifications This position will workk on-site at one of our 84 Lumber locations in Houston, San Antonio, or Georgetown, TX.
