Sanneh Human Resources VISTA The Sanneh Foundation (Sanneh) is a St.

Paul, Minnesota based non-profit whose overarching goal is to address the range of social determinants that empower youth and improve community well-being.

Aligning the organization’s mission with culturally relevant programming and poverty alleviating programming, Sanneh empowers youth by supporting and promoting educational attainment through in-school and after-school programming; improves lives by providing social and emotional development and trusted and caring adult-youth mentorship; and unites communities by advancing diversity, equity, and community well-being.

The Sanneh Human Resources VISTA will improve HR processes to strengthen the recruitment, retention, and job satisfaction of diverse staff whose goal is to improve education and learning outcomes for diverse and low-income students.

As Sanneh’s Human Resources VISTA, you will help build organizational capacity by: improving orientation and on-boarding processes to integrate staff at the beginning of employment; develop systems to track training and professional development that increases effective program delivery; create systems to improve employee job satisfaction through retention and recognition events and activities; research and recommend HR policies and procedures creating greater organizational efficiency.

A successful member will be skilled in teamwork, recruitment, communication, event planning, human resources, computers and technology, and other general skills.
