Job Description A fast-growing IT staffing company is seeking a results-driven, enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for procuring new clients by contacting hiring managers and human resource professionals from our lead system.
After you learn the ropes, you will then manage accounts yourself and develop your own book of business while our recruiting team works for you.
This is a junior to mid-level role with solid growth potential.
You will be supplied with hot leads of clients who have worked with us in the past or are currently using our competitors.
The leads will include direct phone numbers, email addresses, job descriptions, company size, etc.
This is a sales role so if you are afraid of the phones and are scared of rejection, this role is not for you.
There is great growth potential for this role.
The ideal candidate will eventually be promoted to an Account Manager and eventually a Business Development Manager.
From day one, you will have the opportunity to earn a base salary plus commissions and we offer free medical insurance for the individual (base plan).
Skills and Experience required:
· Experience making outbound calls and sending compelling emails to potential clients
· Experience managing a sales pipeline and pushing clients through the sales process
· Possess lead generation and networking skills.
· The ability to establish rapport, build relationships and identify business opportunities with clients.
· The ability to work on one’s own direction and as part of a team.
· Possess a professional telephone manner and be an excellent communicator.
· Energetic, enthusiastic, competitive and willing to learn with our training, and mentoring, program.
· Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and demos virtually, phone, and in-person.
Qualifications:
· 2 years of professional experience
