JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Blue Raven Setter Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for the proper recruiting and onboarding for appointment setters in our various markets around the United States.
You will work closely with Local Area Management to ensure all staffing needs are met with high quality Solar Setters.
As a Setter Recruiting Specialist, you control all parts of the onboarding process until a Setter is ready to attend their first in-person training at their local offices.
Your role is vital in the continuous growth of Blue Raven Solar and will allow us to fulfill our company mission, getting clean, reliable, and cost-effective energy to our clients.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES -Conduct interviews for multiple Blue Raven markets-Coach potential Setters through onboard process including trainings.-Assist the Area manager as directed-Interview, hire, and assist in developing new Setters-Track and manage applicants in your pipelineREQUIREMENTS-Sales experience preferred (Min.
