As a Sales Recruiter you will work closely with our talent manager and team of recruiters to lead the fulfillment of the Sales Development Representative role(s).

Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to determine needs, priorities, and processesProvide a high-touch and remarkable experience for every candidate, leading them through the interview process from start to finish Track and monitor recruiting pipeline progress, setting and adjusting goals as you grow in the position Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Develop sourcing strategies to continually build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline Bachelor’s Degree (HR, Communication, Psychology or General Business degree preferred) Experience sourcing and hiring passive candidates Familiarity with common recruiting platforms (ex.
