Recruitment Coordinator

Description/Job Summary84 Lumber Company is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

The TAC will report to the Talent Acquisition Director for the Western Region.

This is an IN-OFFICE position.

We’re located off of I-10 and Warner Rd.

As a TAC, you will be responsible in assisting candidates, recruiters and hiring managers with all the front and back-end preparation including interview scheduling, candidate communication, background and drug screen orders and the follow-up of both.

Sourcing on an as-needed basis.Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all candidate interview scheduling, and communication to manager and candidate.Maintain manager availability and backup interview team contacts.Responds to all requests within adequate response time, places high emphasis on candidate satisfactionServes as the subject matter expert for Talent processes and procedures guiding candidates, new hires, and talent partners on the appropriate actions required for submittalMay assist with other projects as assignedPosition Requirements: Must provide proof of full COVID vaccinationExperience with calendaring/scheduling.Customer service experience.Proficient in Microsoft office suite, and the ability to learn new software quicklyAbility to work cross-functionally, perform under tight deadlines, and problem solve.Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.This is an hourly position.

Shift starts at 7am.Pay is negotiable depending on experience.Benefits include: Medical, Dental and Vision.
