The Role: You will be a recruitment consultant within the agency environment that is Harnham, which at its core is a sales role.
This is a full desk recruitment consultant role with heavy business development responsibilities.
The environment is very target-driven; you’ll be competing with your co-workers to meet and exceed office targets.
You’ll do this through networking with hiring managers or candidates and negotiating terms of business or candidate offers.
Hustling on the phone, sending engaging messages, and (post-COVID) wining and dining candidates and clients will all be in a days work.
Accompany that with team socials in the evening and you’ll a very busy person Your Skills and Experience: You probably didn’t grow up saying “I want to work in recruitment” (we didn’t either).
