If you’re hard-working, dedicated and find that your passion, vision, and mission complement ours, please apply to join our team at Acute Home Healthcare BENEFITS PTO Paid Holidays Health Dental Vision Life Insurance Disability 401(k) and more POSITION SUMMARY Our Recruiting Specialist’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review Resumes Identifying Key Qualifications and Experiences Related to Specified Job Descriptions Identify Qualified Candidates who Have Applied via ATS and Related Job Boards Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process Collect Proper Documentation Including Background Checks, Licenses, and Certifications Needed for Onboarding and Compliance Perform Reference Checks Document All Key Information Pertaining to Candidates Field Inbound Calls to the Agency Source Candidates from Other Job Boards KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum of 1 Year Recruitment Experience (Preferred) Working Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel Exceptional Writing Skills Excellent with social media (Preferred) Research and Analytical Bilingual is a plus Superior Phone Etiquette Outstanding Customer Service Skills For any questions or any additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to Ashley via email or phone.
