Recruiting Manager
We are looking for an energetic, positive and results driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Business Development Manager with VincentBenjamin your focus will be split between Business Development and Recruiting giving you full control over your success and income. We offer a work hard, play hard environment with an extremely lucrative and uncapped commission plan. Requirements of the position:
- Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients & candidates in the various Technology communities by marketing and cold calling.
- Constantly pursue new business opportunities within new companies and markets while collaborating with your Account Management & Recruiting partners to strategically expand your existing business
- Be in constant communication with prospective candidates and clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of generating new relationships.
- Collaborate with internal team members and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to determine how to best service accounts
- Utilize existing clients and resources to network and build client referrals

- 3+ years of staffing and recruitment experience within the IT space
- 3+ years of business development experience in the IT space
- BS Degree – preferred
