We are looking to add a talented Recruiting Manager to our team in Los Angeles.

This role will see you managing a self-derived book of business in an environment where you will be surrounded by other talented, and like-minded, sales professionals.

You will have the chance to run a split desk, with responsibilities revolving around recruiting and business development.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:
Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients & candidates in the various Technology communities by marketing and cold calling Constantly pursue new business opportunities within new companies and markets while collaborating with your Account Management & Recruiting partners to strategically expand your existing business Be in constant communication with prospective candidates and clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of generating new relationships Collaborate with internal team members and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to determine how to best service accounts.

Utilize existing clients and resources to network and build client referrals
