Deviation Games is looking for a Recruiting/HR Coordinator who will provide support in building our growing team/new studio.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers and provide support for our recruiting/HR initiatives.
Additionally, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and customer service skills, with a proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Support the team in scheduling complex interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience-phone/video conference/onsite (post-COVID) Assist our team with operational tasks, including reviewing, editing, and posting job ads Schedule/communicate interview details using MS Outlook/MS Teams/ATS TalentHub Establish strong relationships with the HR/Recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates Own the candidate experience with high degree of customer focus and attention to detail Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Assist with team projects and initiatives Support aspects of the new hire process and onboarding
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting or HR-related experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly Highly proficient with Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly proficient with Zoom and MS Teams Experienced with ATS workflows, preferably TalentHub Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive and solution-oriented approach Able to interact and communicate effectively in a poised and professional manner BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
