· Develop professional connections with candidates.

· Conduct preliminary interview (phone or in person.)nn nn
· Prepare candidates for the client interview process.nn nn
· Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on status via email and phone.

· Identify appropriate sourcing strategies in consultation with hiring manager/supervisor.nn nn
· Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting system.nn nn
· Write job posts and place in print media, professional journals or internet job boards.nn nn
· Perform additional duties as assigned.nn nn nn nnSkills & Experience ToolBox:nn nn nn nn
· 1+ year of experience in fast paced client focused environment.nn nn
