Your Impact We are looking for an outstanding Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

You are passionate about candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.

You have the ability to handle a workload of recruiting-related tasks while partnering with recruiters and hiring organizations to make sure that we are recruiting outstanding talent with a high standard of customer service and accuracy in data, systems, and communications.

Your Qualifications Support of regional recruiting teams in interview scheduling (50%), candidate management, ATS system (Greenhouse) maintenance & reporting.

Assist with our applicant tracking system, job boards, and offer creation.

Build accurate reports & recruiting metrics in Box, Greenhouse, and Anaplan.

Handle coordination of local recruiting events, meet-ups, and social media campaigns.

Partner closely with recruiters and the business to manage candidate and interviewer schedules and communications.

Provide overflow coverage for team members on holiday/leave.

Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

1 years of experience in a Coordinator, HR, or recruiting role.

Experience with Recruiting (and related) databases and systems.

Greenhouse, Docusign, box preferred.

Attention to detail and process while ensuring confidentiality.

Ability to work effectively with independence while partnering closely with team members in a fast-paced company.

Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritize work in a fluid environment.

Articulate, professional, with strong written and verbal communications skills.
