We’re looking for a passionate, hardworking Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be empowered to help build the interview process. Description: • Coordinate and schedule phone interviews with yourself and other key members of the team. • Build and maintain an applicant tracking system using Indeed and other hiring resources. Log all relevant information into the system to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer. • Ensure candidates have a seamless experience by maintaining excellent communication and follow-up. • Work with the Director of Operations to assist with referrals drives, interview training, and recruiting marketing initiatives. • Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our interview process provides candidates of all backgrounds with equal and unbiased consideration. Qualifications: •At least 1 year experienced in a security guard company •Computer skills • Previous recruiting coordination or executive assistant experience preferred • Highly organized with a sense of urgency in everything you do. You know how to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. • Resourceful and scrappy. You may not always have the answers, but you know how to find them. • Proactive self-starter. • Communication is one of your key strengths.
