The NA Technology Recruiting Associate Manager works closely with NA Technology Business, Operations, and HR leadership to support the NA Technology Talent Strategy. The NA Technology Recruiting Associate Manager is accountable for the execution of recruitment activities for one or multiple Market Units, Platforms, Skills and/or Business Groups. In this role focused on North America, you will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, high-performing and diverse talent. You will proactively assess talent for specialized and hard-to-fill experienced hire Technology roles with a sharp focus on managing diverse pipelines.
This position directs and balances workloads across Technology recruiters, including contract recruiters. The NA Technology Recruiting Associate Manager assigns the recruiter resources to demand and is accountable for ensuring their team delivers within budget, on schedule and with the appropriate quality. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that the team achieves the Technology I&D Recruiting targets across all pillars. Additionally, this role serves as the contact for US Technology business leadership for issue resolution and serves as the first-level escalation point to resolve recruiting issues. The Recruiting Associate Manager will also provide strategic guidance to recruiters on recruiting skills assessment, negotiation, selling, client management, compensation, processes and tools specific to Technology.

Involved in objective setting for the Recruitment team

Accountable for and makes independent decisions impacting operational direction and client satisfaction of recruitment for large complex group or groupings within client organization

Responsible for communication/management of performance metrics across own area of responsibility and team

Promote continuous improvement programs across sphere of influence

Accountable for consistency of messages across the client’s organization

Advises the business on market trends, recruitment strategies, and sourcing approaches to attract and hire talent

Develops trusted relationships with internal client, provides timely recruitment guidance and manages a variety of viewpoints to consensus insights analytics, job requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, status reporting and onboarding

Create and leverage innovative sourcing strategies contributing to Accenture’s Inclusion Diversity priorities

Easily adapts to changing demand and hiring various skill sets with the goal of being the best-in-class lifelong recruiter

Executes full life cycle recruiting activities from sourcing, prequalification, interviewing, offer and onboarding

Cultivates talent for today and tomorrow and serves as an Accenture Brand Ambassador

Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and or directly to candidates

Collaborates with colleagues to understand short and long term talent objectives and hiring forecasts

Ensures the recruitment process is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner, minimizing the time to hire and creating a unique candidate experience

Escalates and resolves issues where appropriate in all phases of the recruiting process

Leverages recruitment systems appropriately with a focus on process and data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation

Participates in special projects as needed, including sharing expertise with more junior recruiters

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with professional profiles for large corporate entities

Minimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience

Bachelor’s degree or twelve years of professional experience. If Associates degree, six years of previous experience

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
